We provide strategic briefs, sketch designs, and costings, along with pre-planning advice for obtaining planning permission.
Our team offers a comprehensive stage report, coordinating and updating proposals for structural design, building services systems, cost information, and project strategies. We guide you through the planning application process and ensure compliance with Building Regulations.
We develop designs further, ensuring coordination of all building components. This stage involves obtaining approval under Building Regulations and creating tender drawings and technical specifications for accurate pricing. We assist in selecting tenderers, obtaining tenders, and finalizing the cost plan.
During this stage, we oversee the construction process, including site inspections, progress reviews, and contract administration. We ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provide a building manual, practical completion certificate, and asset information.
After practical completion, we continue to administer the contract, conduct final inspections, and provide information for settling the final account. We adopt Soft Landings protocols to assist occupants in adapting to the new building and ensure their satisfaction.
We offer post-occupancy evaluation and review of project performance for at least two years after occupancy. This feedback and evaluation process ensures ongoing satisfaction and identifies any necessary improvements.
